What we do with your details
Plain English, and short, because there is not much to say: we take the details you give us, we use them to do the job, and we do not sell them to anybody.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed into it — usually your name, a phone number, the town you are in and a short description of the job. If you call or email instead, we have whatever you tell us on the phone or write in the message.
What we use it for
To answer you, to work out what the job involves, and to turn up at the right address with the right tools. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not pass them to other companies for marketing.
Cookies and site statistics
This site may set cookies to keep it working properly and to count visits, so we can see which pages people actually read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works without them.
We never need card details, bank details or a photograph of your key by email. If anybody asks you for those in our name, call the shop on 800-214-8901 before replying.
